All People’s Garden Inc., is located at 293-95 East Third Street, between Avenues C & D. The garden was founded in 1979 by Ms Olean For and incorporated in 1980. All People’s Garden Inc. is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization with the following goals.

1. To work towards improving the conditions and quality of life in the neighborhood.
2. To provide recreational activities for individual and families of all ages through environmental programming.
3. To support and organize cultural events for neighborhood residents and visitors to the community, including , but not limited to film, dance drama, and music.
4. To develop, maintain, and support community spaces for horticultural, agricultural, cultural and other recreational purposes.
5. To encourage and engage community residents to participate in the operation of the garden as active working members.
6. To provide technical assistance to community residents, visitors, and other open space organizations to enable them to undertake similar projects.
